Give me a minute. Nope, I feel pretty safe. I don't know but it MIGHT has got something to do with you being in the US and me being here in Europe. :D I have to say I don't know a lot about the Bible, but to me it sounds like Jesus says what lots of people are saying already: that it's your own choice whether you eat meat or not. I think that is the only right way to look at this. I believe in a lot of positive things about vegetarism, but forcing people is never the right way to act.

Should I feel threatened? :P True but you don't know what he meant with killing. Maybe he meant kill a human, but maybe animals or plants too. And people kill all the time, so it's rather strange to use this as an argumentation in this case while meanwhile people get shot - people do "wrong" things all the time. So everyone has to decide his own rules and you chose to eat meat and I chose not to. :) You can explain Christ's words in every way you want to, he's no longer her to tell The Truth.

I don't eat or wear a dead animal friend. It's grose!! When I look at a piece of meat I see a poor pig all burned. I don't like the idea that I'm putting my teeth in a cow and just bite in it so I can swallow. People say to me ''it's already dead''. Yes, it is, because of us and for us.
