Btw, we humans being an evolved from apes is a theory not proven but all of evolution is a theory. Margarine has almost the same build as plastic its still not close to being the same thing.
By: SuperSheepFilms. on 07 Jan 09, 01:45:38
I like how you did some research on the genetic code thats nice, Heres some bio for you humans need all 20 amino acids to survive and be healthy. All 20 can be found in a piece of meat altho some can be found in vegetables not all of them can be. Another biological reason that proves why humans need meat to survive.
By: ironman711. on 06 Jan 09, 23:44:58
exactly. that's probably why this video is under the comedy category. lol
By: ironman711. on 06 Jan 09, 23:02:29
"Humans naturally digest fruit best" and toothpaste. but that doesnt mean we eat it or it's healthy for us.
By: kitmao. on 06 Jan 09, 21:58:43
I'm vegan, and videos like this fail to prove any point. FACT: the healthiest people living on the planet are hunter/gatherers. FACT: Hunter/gatherers way of life has survived for 100,000s of thousands of years, thus attesting to its success. So, humans are designed to eat meat and hunt meat because we are able to build tools to hunt with. Try again, there are plenty of other, more intelligent reasons to become vegan.

"If lean beef and skim milk isn't good" And they aren't for humans.. "eggs" Aborted bird embryos are not optimal human food. Humans naturally digest fruit best. Eggs contain high chol, fat, excess pro, uric acid, Neu5g, heme Fe, etc. "fish which contain omega 3s" IF it is not farm raised. u can overdose on omega 3 but it is also in organic plants. Fish is a compromise to fruit. "protien in meats keeps you full" & constipated w/extended exposure of carcinogens to intestinal mucousa= cancer.
By: Planbskate230. on 06 Jan 09, 20:50:19
If lean beef and skim milk isn't good, there's still eggs and fish which contain omega 3s. They aren't low fat, but they're still healthy. Also the protien in meats keeps you full.
By: LtSurge659. on 06 Jan 09, 19:38:37
lol ridiculous
By: wharffratt. on 06 Jan 09, 15:53:41
Fish(white meat) is perfectly healthy for human consumption, as evidenced by the Japanese, and enumerable scientific studies. They consume 10% of the worlds fish and subsequently have some of the longest life expectancies on the planet. Bleeding heart puppets willfully and conveniently dismiss the wonderful benefits of omega3 fatty acids on the human body obtained from fish, as it directly refutes the anti meat propaganda tit their mouths are surgically attached too.
By: Chrisisms. on 06 Jan 09, 08:09:06
Actually taking the fat out of meat & dairy hasn't helped much if at all to decrease degenerative disease incidences (CHD, Alzheimer's, cancer)... u can tinker w/fat content in animal foods all u want but u are just decreasing calories & ppl end up consuming more unhealthy food afterward... Fat isn't the only problem w/animal foods, it's actually one of the least of problems with animal ingestion.
By: easternslavic. on 06 Jan 09, 06:59:06
Whoa whoa first you question the very idea of meat having vitamin C now you're saying "most" meat has no vitamin C? I never even said vitamin C should be sourced from meat but it sure as hell defies your knowledge. P.S It's common knowledge that children and pregnant women require many more nutrients than the RDI, so your argument is hopeless.
By: Planbskate230. on 06 Jan 09, 06:55:59
Now we have skim milk and lean meat, they are healthy food.
By: Chrisisms. on 06 Jan 09, 06:50:30
Most meat has no C, if u consume uncooked liver u get trace amts but would be sick if that is all u had but Inuit eat berries too. "inuit children and pregnant women at "high risk" for scurvy (serum concentration of ascorbic acid less than 0.2 mg/dl) were 14.8 and 47.1%, respectively; the corresponding national percentages were 3.0 and 2.2. Deficiency of ascorbic acid in pregnant women is probably the cause of the unusual prevalence of neonatal hypertyrosinemia among the native Arctic"
By: easternslavic. on 06 Jan 09, 06:39:25
Right, but there's a difference between small and none isn't there?! didn't you try to deny that meat has vitamin C? The eskimoes who live on nothing but fish easily get all the vitamic C they need to avoid scurvy and then some. Hemorrhoids are similar to blood clots, not a disease as you claim. It's aquired physically. Toilet use is also rare in nature. Cooked food is good food. There are many benefits to doing so. There are pros and cons of eating raw and cooked food. Research!
By: Chrisisms. on 06 Jan 09, 06:17:13
"cooking INCREASES usable nutrients LOL so, so stupid" FALSE! u purposely trying to make ppl sick USDA Table of Nutrient Retention Factors (2003) Minimum nutrient loss compared to raw food: Freeze/Dry/Cook Vitamin A- 5%/50%/25% Retinol Activity equivalent- 5%/50%/25% Alpha Carotene- 5%/50%/25% Beta Carotene- 5%/50%/25% Beta cryptoxanthin- 5%/50%/25% "easily pass what they can't digest" w/rare bowel movements, Homo corpus passes blood (hemorrhoids)- a very rare disease in nature.
By: Chrisisms. on 06 Jan 09, 06:11:16
heme iron in red meat can promote carcinogenesis because it increases cell proliferation in the mucosa, through lipoperoxidation and/or cytotoxicity of fecal water. Nutr Cancer. 2008 Mar;60(2):131-44. "we" as in human" u may speak for Homo corpus consumere but your inherited diet is not shared by all humans. "Oh didn't you know liver has vitamin C in it? Relax..liver is not all meat. There is trace C in uncooked liver. Liver C ratio to rest of carcass is so small it is insufficient long term
By: easternslavic. on 06 Jan 09, 05:58:01
"Cooked food cuts nutrients in half." Most cooking INCREASES usable nutrients LOL so, so stupid. "Hominoidea were already increasing brain size rapidly before fire kindling & continue to become intelligent regardless of any nutrient in meat." Yes that's why frugivore monkeys are so evolved riiiight? "They cause diseases in great apes including humans." Nope, humans can easily pass what they can't digest and use what's good in meat. Meat has 100x more nutrients than vegetables.
By: Chrisisms. on 06 Jan 09, 05:51:31
"Humans have evolved into complex omnivores" False. On the 18th page of "view all comments" human dietary classification was covered. u can read about how there are no human evolutionary mutations for omnivory. Please catch up. This was covered/unrefuted. You're not bringing anything new but cheerleading for degraded digestive systems. Humans are specialized frugivores digesting fruit best w/opposing digestive processes to meat- which causes diseases by the way. Real food doesn't cause disease.
By: Chrisisms. on 06 Jan 09, 05:46:35
"cooked food" Cooked food cuts nutrients in half. "extra nutrition fueled our brains" To the point humans were able to do research to discover meat related diseases. Hominoidea were already increasing brain size rapidly before fire kindling & continue to become intelligent regardless of any nutrient in meat. "Meat is more nutritionaly packed" w/Neu5g, uric acid, chol, etc.. Unfortunately these are carnivorous nutrients humans can't digest. They cause diseases in great apes including humans.
By: Chrisisms. on 06 Jan 09, 05:38:52
Jewely2951 "Um, why are monkies listed with the herbivors?" "Um" chimp & orang (great ape frugivores) were shown NOT monkeys. Some monkeys are herbivores too. "omnivors" Please provide a working definition for 'omnivore.' 'Omnivore' is a non-scientific term not a dietary classification. u can choose to eat omnivorously but humans are biological frugivores digesting fruit best. Meat & other food w/opposing digestive processes cause diseases which fruit reverses. This was covered here-scroll..
By: easternslavic. on 06 Jan 09, 05:34:53
"heme causes diseases (cancer, Alzheimer's, etc)" This is false. Heme Iron mixed with high Zinc have opposite effects on cancer, especially colon cancer. "we" as in human beings, you know, the collective specie? the one you're against? "C in meat?" Oh didn't you know liver has vitamin C in it? learn something new everyday don't ya?
By: Chrisisms. on 06 Jan 09, 05:25:17
u have been drinking too many budliites.. The fermentation issue was the digestive fermentation topic, u are out of left field on this one. Nobody is advocating alcohol here except u, budliite.
By: Chrisisms. on 06 Jan 09, 05:24:10
Heme Iron is absorbed extremely well" Unfortunately I said this.. -so "well" heme causes diseases (cancer, Alzheimer's, etc) "nonheme Iron is almost useless" For brainwashed ppl defending dependency upon cow tissue feedings & human bone urination customs. "try to demonize heme iron" I never said it is demonic to consume carcinogenic food. "we" How many operate your account? "we" It is only fair I know which personality I am talking to. "thanks to meat, even vitamin C" C in meat?
By: easternslavic. on 06 Jan 09, 05:23:27
Millions of dollars PETA is raking in. What do they spend it on? naked women and posters. Do they help animals? they do the same damn thing any pound does, but in a less humane manner.
By: easternslavic. on 06 Jan 09, 05:22:21
It wouldn't matter, what seperates us from other primates is that we began to eat high-energy, high-protein cooked food (meat). All this extra nutrition fueled our brains. Meat is more nutritionaly packed than anything a vegan consumes. Not knocking vegetables but it's truth. Amazing how a single cow can feed a family of 5 for a year, can lettuce do that? lmao.
