I enjoyed the video, as a point of reference however, there are a number of Sabbath, High Holy Day keeping people who do not partake in christmas and other holidays. Some do chinese food and movies, others have get togethers in their home while still others enjoy renting movies for the day and eating in. If you bake them they will cook well, but will not be crispy. if you brush a layer of vegetable or sunflower oil on it, it will come out with a similar consistency as if it was fried. It will be crispy too, but not the same as being fried. Even though its already a healthy recipe, baking it will make for an even healthier alternative.

I just noticed for the first time that the chef scrapes the food using the blade side of the knife... something no real big time chef would do because it dulls the knife a considerable amount and you do not want to have to spend more time than necessary sharpening your knives and eventually having to replace your knives from all of the sharpening.
